Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and when sales become final for digital products purchased through PC Game Supply.

Important Notice

PC Game Supply sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Once a digital code has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available.

Section 1

Digital Product Nature

PC Game Supply sells digital goods only.

All products are delivered electronically as digital codes and may include gift cards, prepaid cards, subscriptions, gaming currency, and other digital content.

No physical products are shipped.

Because digital codes can be redeemed immediately after delivery, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.

Section 2

No Refunds After Code Delivery

Once a digital code has been delivered to:

  • Your PC Game Supply account
  • Your registered email address
  • A designated gift recipient

the order is considered fulfilled.

After delivery occurs:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • No exchanges will be provided
  • No order cancellations will be accepted
  • No store credit will be issued

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Whether the code has been redeemed
  • Whether the customer changes their mind
  • Whether the customer purchased the wrong product
  • Whether the product is no longer needed
  • Whether the customer failed to verify compatibility before purchase
  • Whether a gift recipient declines the gift
  • Whether the customer experiences buyer's remorse

All sales are final after delivery

Once delivery has occurred, the transaction is final.

Section 3

Refunds Before Delivery

A refund may only be considered if a digital product has not yet been delivered.

Examples may include:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Accidental duplicate orders
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • Orders cancelled by PC Game Supply prior to delivery

Refund requests submitted after delivery are not eligible for review. Refund eligibility is determined solely based on delivery status.

Section 4

Invalid or Non-Working Codes

PC Game Supply guarantees that codes delivered through its platform are authentic and unused at the time of delivery.

If a customer believes a code was delivered incorrectly or cannot be redeemed, the issue falls under the Valid Code Guarantee process rather than the Refund Policy.

  • Customers must contact support for investigation and verification.
  • Verified code issues may result in troubleshooting assistance or replacement in accordance with the Valid Code Guarantee.
  • Refunds are not provided as a remedy for delivered digital codes.

Section 5

Fraud Prevention & Security Reviews

To protect customers and publishers, PC Game Supply may review orders for fraud, payment verification, or security concerns before delivery.

During review:

  • Delivery may be delayed
  • Additional verification may be requested
  • Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery

If PC Game Supply cancels an order before delivery, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Section 6

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact PC Game Supply support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting false or fraudulent chargebacks after successful code delivery may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Suspension of purchasing privileges
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions

Section 7

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on PC Game Supply, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are purchasing a digital product
  • Delivery occurs electronically
  • The product becomes non-refundable after delivery
  • All sales are final after delivery

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, regional restrictions, platform compatibility, and account requirements before completing a purchase.
